A women's leadership community across all EPGM cohorts
EPGM Atlas brings together women who have completed the Executive Program in General Management at MIT Sloan, across every cohort. Some of us have never met. That is rather the point.
The name comes from the obvious place. Atlas carried the world on his shoulders, and did it alone. Between executive responsibility, immediate family, family of origin, friendships and the constant calibration all of this demands, the load is familiar to everyone here. The premise of this community is that we do not have to carry it in isolation.
Our first working session takes place in Dubai, during the Annual Reunion on 12 and 13 December 2026. The format is deliberately not a panel: it is built from our own cases, worked through by the women who lived them.
The conversation lives between now and then in two channels: a LinkedIn group for announcements and connections, and a WhatsApp group for day-to-day exchange. Join either, or both.

New members are approved individually. Membership is open to women who have completed the EPGM at MIT Sloan.
When you arrive
- Introduce yourself: your cohort, where you are based, what you do, one leadership problem you have wrestled with, and your LinkedIn profile.
- Tell us whether Dubai is likely for you, using the form on the Annual Reunion page.
- If there is something you would want to put on the table in the Dubai session, say so. Proposals received by 15 September go into the first round of programming.
The channels are set. The substance is yours to bring.
