The Annual Reunion brings together alumni from every EPGM cohort. It is the only point in the year when the full programme converges, across years, industries and geographies. This edition takes place in Dubai on 11–13 December 2026, and every alum is invited.

A moment within the Reunion
During the Reunion we will hold the kick-off of EPGM Atlas, the women's leadership community inside the programme. It is one session among the wider programme, open to anyone who wants to understand what Atlas is setting out to do. Whether or not you join that session, the Reunion is the reason to be there.
